 We just got back from a quick but unforgettable 3-day trip to Seattle , and I couldn’t wait to share the highlights! From sipping ginger beer at Pike Place to exploring a Bavarian village in the mountains, this trip was packed with flavor, views, and plenty of local brews. Day 1: Pike Place Market & City Vibes We kicked things off at the iconic Pike Place Market . The energy, the colors, the fresh seafood—there’s nothing like it. We grabbed lunch at Emmett Watson’s Oyster Bar , a cozy, no-frills spot tucked into the market. The oysters were fresh, the chowder was rich, and the atmosphere was classic Seattle. We stopped for coffee at the Original Starbucks , which was surreal and surprisingly worth the wait.
